Wholesale FAQs

How quickly can you deliver my order?

Two to three business days is our standard delivery time. Depending on the order size and location, we can occasionally accommodate faster delivery, but please ask us to confirm your delivery time when you place an order, or we can answer your delivery questions if you get in touch.

Can you deliver or pick-up orders during a specific time window?

Yes. As long as there is enough lead-time we can complete your delivery on a time and day that suits your business. Please confirm your delivery/pick-up time window when you place your order, or we can answer your delivery questions if you get in touch.

What is the minimum or maximum order size?

We have no minimum order size for delivery, but we do provide free delivery for orders over $500.

There is a maximum order size for quantities over 500 kilograms. Please get in touch if you require larger quantities, and we can see if we can assist.

Can you pack my products with no label?

No, sorry, we no longer offer this service.

Where can I see your product list and pricing?

When you sign up for a wholesale account, we will send you a link to our product and price list. To create your wholesale account, please sign up here.

What is your delivery area?

We provide deliveries Australia wide. Within Metropolitan Melbourne, deliveries are completed by our team using our vehicles. For all deliveries outside of Metropolitan Melbourne, we deliver to a transit depot in Melbourne and can assist you to arrange freight through a third party delivery service.

How are delivery fees calculated?

Delivery in Melbourne is free for orders over $500 for box order and over $1,000 for pallet orders. For deliveries outside Metropolitan Melbourne, the delivery fee will depend on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery fees within Melbourne are between $20 to $50, depending on the size of your order.

Can I pick up my order from your store or warehouse?

Yes. Please wait for conformation that your order is ready for pick up and contact us for details.

What is the delivery schedule?

Once your order has been picked and is ready for dispatch, you will be sent an invoice. Delivery within Melbourne will usually be arranged within 1 business day of payment.

I am not a business and do not have an ABN, can an individual sign up for wholesale supply?

Yes, anybody can sign up and purchase from our wholesale portal. To sign up for your wholesale account, fill in your details here.

I'm looking for a particular product, do you stock it?

For questions about individual products, please contact us. In some cases, we may be able to order a specific product in for you.

What is the minimum order cost or quantity for delivery?

Within Melbourne, we have no order minimums for delivery, but we provide free delivery for orders over $500 for box order and for orders over $1,000 for pallet orders.

For regional and interstate orders, the minimum order is $500 for box orders and $1,000 for pallet orders. Additional delivery fees will apply depending on your location and order weight.

How soon will my wholesale account be activated when I sign up?

We will finalise your wholesale account as soon as possible, typically within 1–2 business days.

Do both locations stock the same products?

Yes. Both Northcote and Brunswick Terra Madre's stock the same products, however Brunswick is our larger retail store while Northcote is our original Melbourne store.

What is organic food?

Organic food or organically-grown produce is food that has been grown, harvested and processed without the use of pesticides and synthetic chemicals.

What's the difference between organic and ACO organic certified?

Certified organic products have gone through a process of certification by a third party to guarantee the integrity and purity of the product. Australian Certified Organic (ACO) is the largest certifier for organic and biodynamic produce.

Is organic food better for you than non-organic food?

It's difficult to get a clear-cut answer on the scientific benefits of buying organic, primarily because the nutritional value and qualities of fresh products varies widely, regardless of if the produce has been organically or conventionally farmed.
